In its final stages of fit-out, this development features 74 spacious apartments, including nine penthouses and a variety of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units. The ground floor is designed to accommodate a wine bar and café-deli, adding to the site's vibrancy.

The project, envisioned by the award-winning HLM architects and developed by Stephens + Stephens, showcases our expertise in delivering custom-spec prefabricated walls. These walls, composed of Fermacell HD boards and insulated with stone wool, exemplify our commitment to quality and efficiency. Our rapid construction system integrates these prefab elements with a robust reinforced concrete framework and steel supports, enabling the completion of the entire building in less than a year.

Significantly, the penthouse apartments are entirely constructed off-site, highlighting our capability in comprehensive prefab solutions. Complementing our structural contributions, we have also provided bespoke windows crafted by Festa, adding an aesthetic touch to the functionality.
