The home's design is underscored by its white wood cladding, echoing the classic Swedish home aesthetic. Internally, a cohesive layout interlinks the kitchen, dining, and living room, with the latter opening to a balcony overlooking a garden. Practicality is evident, with a laundry area nestled next to the kitchen, flanked by a bathroom and bedroom. 

The residence's upper level houses a spacious family room and three bedrooms, one of which boasts a walk-in closet. Thoughtful window placements ensure ample natural light, enriching the space.
